This is a newly created attraction in Agra and is a nice place to enjoy calmness and have relax. Taj nature walk is really a treasure for those who are interested in flora and avion species. It lies on Taj Mahal east gate just few hundred meters away from the iconic Taj Mahal.

This is a serene wooded peak sprawling in more than 70 hectares of land set with the paved walkways for the nature trails. This provides you a great spectacle of the Taj Mahal from the mounds.

How to Reach Taj Nature Walk?

As a localite you can reach the Taj Nature walk by walking or by your on vehicle. As a tourist if you are coming on Agra Tour Packages, you can hire battery powered Rickshaw or other conveyance and can reach easily to this place. This place has a close proximity to the Shilpgram parking and the Kalakirti auditorium.

Taj nature walk opens on all seven days of the week from 6 am to 7 pm for the visitors.

What You Expect in Taj Nature Walk?

This nature walk lies on the bank of Yamuna river and caves nearly 9 kms of nature trail where you can explore the local and migratory birds in the lushgh green forest. Besides birds you get to see the different coloured butterflies in the valleys and on the mounds and abundance of flowers which provide nectar and pollar to the bees. This provides a sort of open gym to the morning walkers. The birds you can watch here are Nightjar, Robin, Red vented bul bul, owlets, Grey francolin, wood pecker, grey hornbill, shikra, black kite, peacock, Jacobin Kukoo etc.
