Delhi Agra Jaipur Amritsar Trip Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Delhi (Book your flight for Delhi)

Upon your arrival at IGI Delhi airport you are welcomed by us and our driver will receive you from the airport directly and you will continue your drive towards Agra. It will only take 03 via Yamuna expressway. Upon reaching Agra stay overnight at your pre booked hotel.

Day 02: Agra - Jaipur

Wake up early In the morning visit the monument of love The Taj Mahal the epitome of love .After appreciating the art work at Taj Mahal and learning the romantic love story of Shahjahan and Mumtaz Mahal you will be driven back to your hotel for breakfast. Later checkout from your hotel and visit the Agra fort. In the Agra fort sightseeing you will visit the famous monuments and historical palaces i.e. Jahangeeri Mahal, Angoori bag, Khas Mahal, Deevan i am, Deevan i khas etc. Then enjoy some shopping at Agra handicrafts markets. Afterwards continue your drive towards Jaipur the pink city en-route you can visit Fatehpur Sikri which is also known as Ghost city made by the great mughal emperor Akbar. Stay overnight at Jaipur hotel.

Day 03:- Jaipur

After the healthy breakfast you will enjoy the tour of Jaipur city visit the Amber fort which is located on the top of a hill and here you will also enjoy the elephant ride and visit the famous palaces of the great Rajput Maharajas. Later visit the City Palace a royal museum of Maharaja , On the way back visit the Water palace which is also known as summer palace situated in the middle of a lake, Wind palace made for the royal ladies and stone observatory of maharaja Jantar mantar. After enjoying your meals drive towards Delhi and stay overnight at your hotel.

Day 04:- Delhi-Amritsar

Early in the morning we will transfer you to Delhi railway station and from where you will catch your superfast train bound to Amritsar. Experience the train journey of India which is unique for every traveler. Upon reaching Amritsar railway station you will be picked up by us and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. After the refreshment you will proceed to visit the Indo - Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony - Wagah, an army outpost on Indo - Pak border 30 km from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. After the sightseeing come back to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 05:- Amritsar- Delhi

After breakfast visit the Golden Temple - the most important Sikh shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of the Sikhs. Later visit the Jallianwala Bagh where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. Also enjoy some shopping in the local markets as Punjab is also known for Food culture and shopping. Later we will transfer you to Amritsar railway station to catch your train bound to New Delhi. Upon reaching Delhi we will pick you and drop you to your hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 06:- Departure

This will be the last day of your Golden Triangle with Amritsar so after the healthy breakfast start your tour of Delhi visit of “Raj Ghat” a memorial for Mahatma Gandhi who is the father of the nation. Now it is a drive for 20 minutes towards India Gate. This beautiful Gate was built during the British era. This Gate was erected in the memory of those brave soldiers who showed extreme valor and sacrificed their lives in the world war. President House Now awaits your lunch. Your post lunch tour programme includes the visit of Humanyun’s Tomb which is considered to be an inspiration for the world famous Taj Mahal. Afterward visit Qutub Minar which is the world’s tallest tower and was constructed by the slave dynasty rulers Qutubuddin Aibak and Iltatmish. Later we will drop you to the airport to catch your flight for next destination.
