Day 01:- Leh –Srinagar

Today from Manali set off to an exciting off road adventure which is at least once a life adventure to be experienced. Using the Atal tunnel we will save two hours of Journey as we shy off from taking the treacherous route through the Rohtang pass. The first high altitude pas after the town of keylong is the Baralacha La at an altitude of 48545 m you might develop some breathing problems, do carry a handy oxygen cylinder with you and do take some puffs of pure oxygen if your oxygen concentration drops below 85. Enjoy your lunch at Sarchu. You sure will come across many water crossings. For miles you won’t see the metalled road infact you will seem to be driving in the sand dunes with no sign of any human habitation and of any road. This is what this road is famous for, The last leg of this journey sure has much better road and you will reach Leh as the day ends. Overnight at Leh.

Day 02:- Leh City Tour

Today after the lazy breakfast we will set off for a tour of the Leh city. We will visit the Shey palace. Shey palace was the main palace of the Royal clan till they moved from here to stok palace in 1834.the palace was built in 16th century, Also visit the Thiksey and Hemis monasteries, Stok palace museum, evening is for exploring the markets of Leh. Overnight at Leh.

Day 03:- Leh-Khardungla-Nubra Valley

Today in the morning explore the Leh Palace and the Shanti Stupa after the sightseeing we will start our journey to Nubra valley while scaling the highest motorable mountain pass the Khardungla (18380 feet). The Khardungla is an experience with high mountains and sheets of ice even in summers, the road now is in pretty good condition though owing to bad weather it takes no time for road condition to deteriorate. Arrive at Khardungla take some pictures acclimatize yourself and then we will drive to Nubra Valley. Overnight at Nubra valley.

Day 04:- Nubra-Diskit-Nubra

Today entire day we will explore the Nubra Valley this area has its own authentic ambience. The natural scenery is phenomenal and it keeps changing. We will today explore the hinder villages and Diskit, if interested you can ride a camel on the sand dunes amidst Diskit and hinder village, Overnight at Nubra.

Day 05:- Nubra-Pangong

Today after breakfast we will set off to the Blue heaven -the Pangong lake. Arrive at Pangong lake in the afternoon, the scenery over here is just amazing the lake is pearl blue in colour and the water is pristine, so natural and pure that you won’t believe your eyes. There are camp accommodations and normal home stay accommodation available at the lake, enjoy your evening at the Lake. Enjoy the night sky so clear over here, you will see every star and constellation very clearly. The gaze at the milky way will amaze you. Overnight at Pangong.

Day 06: Pangong-Leh

After breakfast we bid good bye to the blue lake Pangong. Today we will travel to Leh. Arrive at Leh and explore the Leh bazaar again in the evening. Overnight at Leh.

Day 07: Leh-Sonmarg

Today early morning after breakfast we will set off on our journey to the Kashmir valley. We will pay obeisance at the Pathar Sahib Gurudwara which is maintained by the Indian army and is in memory of first Sikh Guru Nanak Dev ji who arrived here and performed a miracle. The miracle is in the shape of a stone which was hurled at the Guru while he was meditating, instead of causing any harm the large stone took the shape of the Guru, You can see the stone at the Gurudwara. We will have our lunch at Kargil, after lunch we will visit the Kargil war museum. This museum is in memory of the martyrs of Indian army who fell in the Kargil war of 1999. Passing through the high Zozi La pass we will arrive in the Kashmir valley notice the change in the flora and fauna as now we will see the lush green mountains instead of the barren mountains of the Ladakh region. The Zozila is a high pass and the road is narrow prone to land slides and road blocks. Overnight at Sonmarg.

Day 08: Sonmarg-Srinagar

Today after breakfast we will explore the lush green meadows of Sonmarg, engage in activities like horse riding etc enjoy the ambience of Sonmarg. After Lunch drive to Srinagar overnight at Srinagar.

Day 09: Srinagar Tour

Today after breakfast we will explore the beautiful Srinagar city. The Shalimar gardens, The terraced Nishat bagh, The Chashme shahi are high on our list, these are the gardens built by the great Mughals. Also visit the Adi Shankracharya temple. Evening is reserved for a Shikara ride on Lake Dal. Overnight at your house boat in Srinagar.

Day 10: Srinagar-Gulmarg-Srinagar

Today after breakfast we will drive to Gulmarg. Gulmarg is a very well known skii destination of Kashmir even the road to Gulmarg via tang marg is known for its natural beauty, enjoy the day engage in leisure walk, ride the Gondola taking you to Khilanmarg. Enjoy the magic of Mother Nature. Drive back to Srinagar overnight at Srinagar

Day 11: Srinagar-Pahalgam-Srinagar

Post breakfast we will drive to Pahalgam another destination in Kashmir valley known for its natural beauty. Enjoy the road lined with long trees and flower beds, visit the saffron farms where world’s best saffron is grown. Arrive at Pahalgam engage in Multitude activities, enjoy a horse ride or enjoy rafting at the lidder river, engage in shopping at local market. Drive back to Srinagar. Overnight at Srinagar.

Day 12: Srinagar Departure

After breakfast say good bye to your hotel/ house boat as we will drive you to Srinagar airport for catching the flight back home. Our tour ends.
