Full Tour Itinerary
Yoga literally means synthesis. The union of soul with the superpower, it is not only a simple exercise to keep the body fit but also to keep the mind soothing. This popular form of yoga is known as Astanga Yoga. It originated in ancient times and is a sort of physical, mental and spiritual discipline. According to the Yogis by performing Yoga you can unite the individual consciousness with the divine.
For your yoga tour, we will pick you at 7 a.m and better you are advised to remain empty stomach. It will be almost one and half hour session where your yoga teacher will explain to you about the yoga and will teach you how to do it. At the end of this class, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
You will learn Pranayam, Surya Namaskar and all the 12 basic postures during the Yoga classes.
Now at almost 12 P.M, we will pick you again for the Cooking classes experience. In this cooking class, you have the unique experience to learn about India’s culinary habits. The chief would involve you in the preparation of the Kitchen and the cooking process. After the experience, you will have a chance to have lunch and enjoy the dishes prepared by you. At the end of the activity, we will drop you back to the hotel.
